Lookup A Penn World Tables data series by region and country
Countries are identified by 3-character country codes. These codes follow mostly the ISO-3166 classification system. The only exception is OAN (Taiwan), which is used instead of the official TWN code. In version 5.5 of the Penn World Tables there were a few more country-code discrepancies (see below).
